Nat Moghe, Board Member

Nat Moghe (they/he) is a South Asian, transmasculine, queer activist and organizer based in New York City. Passionate about LGBTQIA+ justice, Nat uplifts lived experiences through storytelling, leadership development, and digital organizing to create a world rooted in justice, equity, and collective liberation.

Currently, he serves as a Workplace Justice Organizer with New Jersey Citizen Action, where he co-leads the NJ Time to Care Coalition and NJ Paid Leave Leader Program. In this role, Nat works to improve policies and programs that ensure all working families have access to paid time off and advocates for equitable, inclusive workplaces through community engagement. They also volunteer as a Gender Advocate with the Trans Advocacy & Care Team, providing free and sliding-scale peer counseling to trans and nonbinary individuals nationwide.

Nat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Through his Instagram page, @thetadvocate, Nat educates and advocates for transgender rights, emphasizing the need for research, education, and advocacy to achieve gender inclusivity for all.
