Qamar Yochanan, Board Member
Qamar Yochanan (he/him) is a Black, trans, Jewish artist and organizer. Since 2020, he’s raised half a million dollars. In his last role, he generated 20% above his portfolio goal in less than a year and is currently searching for his next opportunity. Previous board work includes the Minneapolis Trans Equity Council and Arts Commission, to which he was appointed by the first two Black Trans officials elected in the US. He is also an alumni of NYU Tisch and an Audie Award-nominated storyteller (SAG-AFTRA) with 25+ years of experience. You can listen to his work on Audible.
